Victory Park

Once considered an unusable brown field, the site of Victory Park is now a 75-acre, mixed-use neighborhood and one of the most significant urban developments in the country. Since its inception, the development has enhanced the residential, retail and entertainment infrastructure of the region.

Located at the heart of high-energy districts within Dallas including Uptown, Downtown and the Arts District, Victory Park is also a central location for the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center and the Museum of Nature & Science. With access from major freeways, the DART light rail service and the Trinity Railway Express, Victory Park is at the crossroads of the region.

Encompassing 12 million total square feet, Victory Park is a meticulously crafted urban neighborhood. Home to Texas’ first W Hotel and the soon-to-come Mandarin Oriental, Victory Park will also have more than 4,000 of the world’s finest residential offerings at total build-out. Approximately 4 million square feet of retail and office space is planned, providing a true mixed-use, urban environment.

From one-of-a-kind retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues to a 1-acre park, the world’s largest high-definition LED video screens and the first LEED-certified, multitenant building in Dallas’ downtown area, Victory Park has enhanced Dallas’ streetscape and the urban environment within the region.
